Site Manager

1. Manage the mining site, overseeing 20-30 personnel to ensure continuous production and dispatch of minerals. 2. Continuous focus on process improvement to stop leakages and increase efficiency 3. Manage machinery, such as excavators, to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operations. 4. Dealing with local issues and interacting with local people to ensure smooth operation of business 5. Liaise with local administration offices, including police stations and BL&LRO offices. 6. Demonstrate multitasking abilities, leveraging multiple channels to get work done. 7. Utilize computer skills, particularly MS Office (Word & Excel), to perform tasks efficiently. 8. Communicate effectively in Bengali, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language fluently.
