Site Manager III O&M

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all

  Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

  activities at the assigned site.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

  .
• Oversee

  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

  programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvement measures.
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams for technical troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Manage site budgets, resources, and vendor contracts efficiently.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Lead, train, and mentor site personnel to maintain high operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in

  Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

  (or equivalent).
• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in

  Operations & Maintenance

  (Power, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with O&M protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
