Site Manager

As a Project Site Manager at ABB, your role involves leading the site team, setting guidelines, assigning tasks, and motivating resources to achieve project milestones. Your responsibilities include: - Providing performance feedback for allocated resources - Coordinating on-site activities from project initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements - Ensuring a detailed construction Health and Safety (H&S) plan is in place and all on-site resources are trained on company HSE policy - Managing ABB sub-contractors to meet delivery dates, quality standards, and HSE requirements - Controlling cost estimates and ensuring deviations are approved by the Project Manager - Providing progress updates to Planning and Control for schedule tracking - Coordinating with customers and external resources on construction targets, H&S requirements, site organization, and policy - Building effective relationships with customers, local authorities, and suppliers - Overseeing handling, storage, and installation of ABB equipment - Conducting meetings with customers and sub-contractors - Closing punch lists, handover of installed equipment, and site de-mobilization Qualifications required for this role: - Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background - Minimum 8 years of similar field experience - Knowledge of ABB core values and cross-cultural understanding - Good communication skills in English and Arabic - Experience in Project Finance & Cost, Contract Management, Site Coordination, and Commissioning Works Management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Ability to work effectively in teams and think analytically If you are passionate about contributing to a global market leader like ABB, apply today or visit www.abb.com to learn more about us and our innovative solutions.,
