Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Incharge located in Surat. The Site Incharge will oversee daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, managing resources efficiently, and resolving any site-related issues or challenges. Additionally, the role involves maintaining documentation and providing progress reports to management.

Qualifications

Strong project management and site supervision skills
Leadership, team coordination, and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in industrial or construction projects
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving capacity and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in documentation and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Previous experience in a Site Incharge or supervisory role is highly desirable
