Site Incharge

Role Overview: As the Site In-charge, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the functions of all electrical equipment on a daily basis. You will be required to maintain reports as per site requirements and manage subcontractors effectively. Conducting regular trainings for subordinates to aid in their development and overseeing store/spares management will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will schedule and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure timely attendance to breakdown maintenance. Annual testing of electrical equipment and reporting to the Project Manager on various reports such as DGR, Maintenance Report, and Breakdown/RCA report will be essential tasks. Implementing Quality Management Systems and adhering to EHS requirements, O&M manual requirements, and equipment warranty/guarantee terms will also fall under your purview. Generating Contractual KPIs, managing stakeholders both internally and externally, and leading a team of at least 15 members will be crucial aspects of your position. Key Responsibilities: - Daily monitoring of electrical equipment functions - Maintaining reports as per site requirements - Managing subcontractors effectively - Conducting regular trainings for subordinates - Managing store/spares - Scheduling and executing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) - Timely attendance to breakdown maintenance - Conducting annual testing of electrical equipment - Reporting to Project Manager on various reports - Implementing Quality Management Systems - Adhering to EHS requirements and O&M manual requirements - Maintaining equipment warranty/guarantee - Generating Contractual KPIs and managing stakeholders - Leading a team of minimum 15 members - Strong knowledge of electrical equipment operation & maintenance philosophy - Experience in Electrical Testing & Commissioning preferred - Strong in Maintenance planning of SOLAR plant - Proficient in MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Clear and transparent communication skills (verbal) - Basic email communication skills - Ability to manage site budget - Understanding of O&M Contract Terms & Conditions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in a similar role within the electrical industry - Strong knowledge of electrical equipment operation and maintenance - Experience in Electrical Testing & Commissioning preferred - Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Clear and transparent communication skills (verbal) - Basic email communication skills - Ability to manage site budget - Understanding of O&M Contract Terms & Conditions,
