Role Overview:

We are hiring a Site Incharge for our construction sites in Gujarat to manage and monitor workforce attendance, handle labor issues, and support billing and project teams with daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site labor and manage attendance sheets
• Track work progress and help resolve minor on-site disputes
• Liaise with contractors for material and manpower planning
• Submit daily manpower and activity reports
• Handle site-level grievances and escalate critical issues to HR/operations
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 1–2 years of field/site coordination experience
• Comfortable handling large workforce and resolving worker issues
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
