Job Description

The role of an Deputy Manager- HR & Admin is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Groups human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to: Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations. Propose action plans and participate in their deployment. Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators. Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws. Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll. Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives. Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Forvia Excellence System Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes. Administration on Employee welfare activities & monitoring the manufacturing cost pertaining to employee welfare. CSR Initiatives Vendor management pertaining to HR & Admin Handling T&D, Employee engagement & other associated activities Ensure daily team management: assure appropriate headcount, ensure the respect of standardised work methods, assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems. Develop the team: ensure proper staffing, integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advise, and arrange for appropriate training, assure punctual job evaluations, etc. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level o MBA/MSW degree with HR Specialization o 7-12 years of experience in managing Factory HR Role. Skills and competencies o Strong interpersonal and communication skills o A good knowledge of employment law o Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems o International mind set. o Results orientation o Strong written and oral communications skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
