Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Site Head to lead our 600 MW Wind project portfolio300 MW currently under construction in Koppal and 300 MW in Gadag. The incumbent will spearhead site execution, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery with full ownership of safety, quality, cost, and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Lead site execution for 600 MW wind projects and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and compliance requirements.
Drive end-to-end site operations, including engineering, civil, electrical, mechanical, logistics, safety, quality, land coordination, and statutory compliance.
Lead, coach, and manage all site leads/functions; act as the single point of accountability for site performance.
Ensure site governance, reporting cadence, contractor productivity, resource optimization, and issue escalation/closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (PMC, Engineering, SCM, HSE, QA/QC, Land, and Leadership) and external stakeholders (contractors, OEMs, government agencies).
Risk assessment, mitigation planning, and proactive decision-making to secure project continuity and outcomes.
Drive EPC contractor alignment on contractual obligations, cost control, change orders, and performance KPIs.
Build a safe working culture with zero tolerance on safety non-compliances.
