Role & responsibilities We are looking for a seasoned Site Head to lead our 600 MW Wind project portfolio300 MW currently under construction in Koppal and 300 MW in Gadag. The incumbent will spearhead site execution, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery with full ownership of safety, quality, cost, and timelines. Must have independently led a minimum of 250 MW Wind project site as a Construction Manager / Site Head . Preferred candidate profile Lead site execution for 600 MW wind projects and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and compliance requirements. Drive end-to-end site operations, including engineering, civil, electrical, mechanical, logistics, safety, quality, land coordination, and statutory compliance. Lead, coach, and manage all site leads/functions; act as the single point of accountability for site performance. Ensure site governance, reporting cadence, contractor productivity, resource optimization, and issue escalation/closure. Coordinate with internal teams (PMC, Engineering, SCM, HSE, QA/QC, Land, and Leadership) and external stakeholders (contractors, OEMs, government agencies). Risk assessment, mitigation planning, and proactive decision-making to secure project continuity and outcomes. Drive EPC contractor alignment on contractual obligations, cost control, change orders, and performance KPIs. Build a safe working culture with zero tolerance on safety non-compliances.
