Site Engineer/Supervisor

As a Site Engineer at Saan Square, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction and interior projects. Your role will involve ensuring that project execution aligns with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise on-site construction and interior fit-out activities. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. - Interpret and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications. - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. - Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures. - Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates. - Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and workforce. - Communicate with clients regarding project status and any necessary adjustments. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction or interior projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Valid driver's license required. The job is full-time with a day shift schedule. Performance and yearly bonuses are available. The preferred shift availability is day shift, and willingness to travel up to 25% is also preferred.
