Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience in handling court matters, real estate documentation, revenue departments & all other departments which is required for real estate industry. - Must have knowledge of conducting Legal Due-Diligence / local laws for the properties to be acquired by the Company. - Should have experience in handling the litigations & non litigation - Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports. - Coordinating with Bank Panel Advocates for obtaining legal opinion for project approvals & project finance. - Should be well versed with drafting with Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development, Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc. and other deeds in relation to property. - Assist Leasing and Operations team in finalizing legal clauses of all lease related documents. Liaison with the concerned departments and external legal counsel to ensure timely completion of business. - Manage the execution of agreement. Ensure payment of applicable stamp duty and timely registrations of all Leases in a portfolio. Maintain track and report on a monthly basis. CIVIL ENGINEERING WITH WAREHOUSING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY Responsibilities: · Design Warehouse (Option analysis, Calculations, preparation of Layouts, URS/RFQ, Vendor offer evaluation, etc.) · Evaluation & selection of Warehouse Racking system & Equipment. · Implement the latest technologies/trends in the field of Warehousing (i.e. racking systems, WH Material Handling Equipment, etc.)- Inventory analysis, Logistic /truck flow study- ACAD. · Warehouse automation- Warehouse Management System- Simulation using FlexSim software Lead & own the process of preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes & Standards. Take ownership of deliverables produced & their quality coordinating with Clients, Project Managers, and other discipline leads/members and with Vendors. · Preparation of warehousing calculations to arrive at the requirement of RM/PM/FG pallet positions, Racking, Material handling equipment, docking areas/dock levelers, etc. · Preparation of WH layouts including loading & unloading stations. · Preparation of Technical specification, URS /RFQ for Warehouse Racking & Material handling equipment, Dock levelers, Weighbridges, etc. · Evaluation of vendor offers and preparation of Technical Bid Analysis (TBA). Qualification and Experience: · Is a graduate with an engineering degree (civil, mechanical, or industrial preferred). · Experience in Warehousing & DC firms is desirable. · Experience in conceptualizing, establishing & running a warehouse gives an added advantage. · Working knowledge of ACAD is required. · Good Verbal and Written communication skills. Has a minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience in design and/or warehouse operations.
