Overseeing day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that the work is carried out as per the project plans and specifications. 2. Managing labour, materials, and equipment to ensure the efficient progression of the project. 3. Reviewing and understanding technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring they are correctly implemented on site. 4. Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. 5. Identifying and resolving any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction. 6. Preparing regular reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and any issues encountered. 7. Maintaining accurate records of site activities, material usage, and any changes to the project scope or design. 9. Tracking project expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget. 10. Managing any changes to the project scope or design that could impact costs, and negotiating with contractors and clients as needed. 11. Regularly updating clients on project progress, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work.
