Site Engineer (Structure)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) project in Chandu, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, technical supervision, and coordination of civil works related to the WTP.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations related to civil and structural works
• Interpret and execute construction drawings and designs accurately
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure quality and safety standards are strictly followed on site
• Maintain daily reports, labor records, and work progress updates
• Assist in estimating quantities, preparing BOQs, and material management
• Support billing and documentation processes
• Report project status and issues to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of site engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater treatment plant projects
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials related to WTP
• Ability to read civil drawings and structural plans
• Good command of MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
