Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end responsibility for the complete construction and commissioning of your assigned solar project site.
Ensure rigorous quality control by monitoring all site activities, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Oversee on-site material management to ensure availability and prevent wastage.
Conduct regular site inspections to enforce all safety (HSE) protocols and regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on project progress.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-5 years of hands-on experience in solar project supervision is required; a civil engineering background is preferred.
Must hold a Diploma or a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, installation best practices, and renewable energy technologies.
Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with all teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrate a high level of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
