Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and own all project engineering and execution activities from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee the complete PV system design process, including detailed engineering, component selection, and technical specifications for procurement. Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, managing budgets, schedules, and mitigating project risks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Construction, Finance) to ensure seamless project delivery. Implement and enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project sites. Ensure full compliance with all industry standards (IEC/IS) and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in managing utility-scale solar EPC projects in India. Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required. An MBA is a plus. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the complete solar project lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of grid interconnection procedures, standards, and challenges. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with PVsyst and AutoCAD is essential. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is highly desirable.

Desired Candidate Profile: 1-5 years of hands-on experience in solar project supervision is required; a civil engineering background is preferred. Must hold a Diploma or a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, installation best practices, and renewable energy technologies. Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with all teams and stakeholders. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
