Job Summary

We are seeking Site Engineers (Junior, Mid-level, and Senior) with 2–8 years of experience in site execution. The ideal candidates should have hands-on expertise in executing mock-up flats, marketing offices, residential apartments, villas, and layout development.

You will play a key role in project execution, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and smooth coordination between clients, contractors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards, safety regulations, and adherence to project timelines.
• Execute and oversee the development of mock-up flats, marketing offices, villas, apartments, and layouts.
• Manage labor, materials, and resources effectively to avoid delays.
• Report progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site documentation, including work progress reports and material records.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–8 years of proven experience in site execution (real estate/residential projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
