We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer for our ongoing Signage Package at IKEA Gurugram. The ideal candidate must have experience in site coordination, installation supervision, and handling client & contractor interfaces for architectural or branding signages.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise signage installation work as per approved drawings and project timelines.
Coordinate with PMC (L&T, MACE) and Client (IKEA) for approvals and inspections.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and ensure timely submission.
Read and interpret shop drawings and communicate technical requirements to site teams.
Ensure installation quality, alignment, and finishing standards.
Raise RFIs, track snag points, and close them with proper documentation.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery and clarification of technical issues.
Key Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or relevant field.
Proficiency in reading AutoCAD/shop drawings.
Prior experience in signage, metal works, or interior finishing preferred.
Ability to manage workforce, ensure safety compliance, and communicate effectively.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting formats.
