Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Strategy: Plan annual calendar of events in coordination with academic and administrative departments. Develop event concepts aligned with the institutions brand and objectives. Coordination & Execution: Organize and manage logistics for events such as graduation ceremonies, college fests, seminars, workshops, induction programs, alumni meets, and marketing activations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, student committees) and external vendors (caterers, decorators, AV providers, etc.). Budgeting & Vendor Management: Prepare and manage budgets for each event. Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Marketing & Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and offline channels. Ensure branding consistency across all event-related materials. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all events comply with institutional policies and legal regulations. Manage permissions, safety protocols, and contingency planning. Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, prepare reports, and evaluate event success and areas of improvement.
