Presidency College is seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to empower students with essential interpersonal and communication skills that enhance their employability, personality, and confidence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing soft skills training programs aligned with academic and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured training programs on:

Communication skills (verbal & non-verbal)
Presentation skills
Interview skills & resume building
Group discussion techniques
Time management & goal setting
Emotional intelligence & stress management
Leadership & team building
Workplace etiquette & professional behavior

Conduct mock interviews and practice sessions for placement readiness
Customize training modules based on department-specific requirements (e.g., engineering, management, commerce).
Use innovative teaching methodologies like role-plays, simulations, group activities, and case studies.
Assess student progress through pre- and post-training evaluations.
Collaborate with faculty, placement officers, and external trainers for continuous improvement.
Provide individual mentoring and coaching sessions as required.
Maintain training documentation, feedback, and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Mandatory
Master’s degree in English, Psychology, HR, Education, or related field – Preferred
Certification in Soft Skills Training / NLP / Behavioral Training – Advantageous

Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
Proven track record of successful training delivery and student engagement.
