Subject Matter Expert (SME) Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality academic content for Hindi subjects (classes 112 or higher education, as applicable)

Create lesson plans, question banks, worksheets, grammar exercises, and other study materials

Review and proofread content for language accuracy, clarity, and academic rigor

Translate and localize content from English to Hindi (or vice versa) when required

Ensure content aligns with relevant curriculum frameworks (e.g., NCERT, State Boards)

Work collaboratively with instructional designers, editors, and other SMEs

Keep updated with changes in Hindi curriculum and pedagogy

Provide support in developing scripts for educational videos or digital learning platforms

Ensure timely delivery of assigned content with quality benchmarks

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Hindi, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field

Proven experience in Hindi content development, teaching, or curriculum design

Strong command of written and spoken Hindi (and English, if required)

Familiarity with school-level Hindi syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards)

Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Docs, or content authoring tools

Attention to detail, with excellent grammar and editing skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience in EdTech, publishing, or digital content creation

Knowledge of content digitization and learning management systems (LMS)

Ability to handle multiple grade levels
