Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Site Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of site execution, structural and finishing work, and must be capable of managing on-site operations efficiently. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory for site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities on-site as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and safety measures at the site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, material records, and labor attendance.
• Assist in quantity surveying, material estimation, and resource planning.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Report project progress to project manager/engineer-in-charge.
• Travel between multiple sites (if required) – own two-wheeler mandatory.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
