Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Site Engineer to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for freshers with a civil engineering background who are eager to start their career in interior project execution. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure smooth project execution under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site execution of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, etc.
• Coordinate with design and operation teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure daily site reports are submitted.
• Track material delivery and update material stock availability on site.
• Assist in managing the project timeline and alert the team about delays or issues.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Support vendors and workers on site with necessary information and coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (freshers are welcome).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.
• Strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of interior materials and civil/interior work is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
