Project Coordination : Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of construction plans. Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure construction meets the required standards and specifications. Progress Reporting : Maintain detailed records of site activities and provide regular progress reports to senior management. Problem Resolution : Identify potential issues on site and resolve them promptly to prevent project delays. Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD Key Requirements Experience : 3-8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate or residential construction industry. Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in construction-related software tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential real estate projects Strong communication and leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
