Location: Kannur, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresher/Trainee Salary Range: ₹ 10,000 – ₹ 16,000 per month We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Kannur, Kerala . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, preparing cost estimates, maintaining quality standards, and handling documentation such as site reports and running bills. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with on-site experience as well as recent Civil Engineering graduates looking to begin their careers in the construction field. Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction work Assist in planning day-to-day tasks and scheduling labour Estimate quantities and costs of materials, labour, and time Ensure proper use of materials and resources on-site Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the construction process Take measurements and prepare site reports and running bills Handle basic site documentation and updates to management Who We’re Looking For: Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years on-site experience preferred Freshers: Welcome to apply for trainee roles with basic site knowledge License: Must own a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license and vehicle Preferred Candidate: Male candidates residing in or near Kannur, Kerala Work Environment: On-site Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time Additional Benefits: Commuter assistance Overtime pay Annual and performance bonus Leave Encashment Work Schedule & Compensation: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shift: Day shift only Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated resume.
