Technical Skillsets

• Oversee overall construction and ensure timely completion of assigned interior fit-out projects.
• Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring quality, safety, and progress in line with project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and resolution of any on-site challenges.
• Monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate delays, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Ensure that workmanship and material standards meet or exceed the required quality benchmarks and comply with building regulations.
• Maintain communication between design and execution teams for alignment with architectural and technical specifications.
• Prepare and execute detailed project execution plans and schedules.
• Review project plans and suggest value engineering opportunities, cost-saving measures, and solutions to potential construction issues.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce operational and safety standards among the workforce and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparation of daily/weekly reports and updates to Management team.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Min 1 to 2 year of proven experience in managing high-end corporate office interior fit-outs.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder/vendor/contractor management, and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Basic working knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire systems) relevant to interior fit-outs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and report/documentation tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and handle multiple priorities.
  

• 80% of time on-site and 20% in office.
• Travel to project sites required based on project location and phase.
