Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits for solar pump installation and commissioning activities.
Monitor material dispatch, installation progress, and coordinate with contractors for timely completion.
Liaise with MSEDCL circle offices for bill submission, follow-up, and movement of documents.
Identify and resolve site-level technical or execution issues during project implementation.
Ensure quality and safety compliance at all sites.
Prepare and maintain site reports, photographs, and documentation in coordination with the project team.
Provide status updates to the project manager and support field teams as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience in solar pump or solar PV project installation.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and field teams independently.
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Must be comfortable with frequent field travel within the assigned district.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Owning a bike will be preferred.
