Job Description

As a Site Engineer Intern, you will support our on-site engineering team to deliver solar projects efficiently and safely. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project execution, technical operations, and the solar-energy construction lifecycle. ✅ Key Responsibilities Assist in setting out and marking solar panel mounting locations on rooftops/floors. Read and interpret structural drawings, BOQ, BBS, and single-line diagrams. Track daily progress: monitor civil work, mounting, wiring, and overall installation. Ensure material quality and spot-check inventories, delivery, and logistics. Prepare daily site reports; coordinate documentation with supervisors. Support the team in site safety audits and ensure PPE compliance. Liaise with contractors, laborers, and the procurement team for smooth operations. Participate in pre-commissioning checks and quality control (electrical–mechanical oversight). Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
