Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and technically sound Site Engineers for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field erection and commissioning of instrumentation and electrical systems.
This role involves traveling and working at project sites across India, and requires a proactive and dependable individual who can manage on-site tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cable tray installation, cable laying, and termination for control panels and motors.
Execute erection and commissioning of field instruments, motors, and other E&I equipment.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure all site activities follow safety standards and quality guidelines.
Prepare and maintain daily work reports and commissioning documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
Experience: 1–2 years in E&I project execution or related fieldwork
Skills: Field installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems
Gender: Male (due to frequent site travel and field requirements)
Willingness to travel PAN India
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to industrial projects in manufacturing, power, oil & gas, or process industries.
Familiarity with electrical drawings and instrumentation diagrams.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
TA/DA: Provided as per project and company norms
Accommodation/Travel Support: Provided during site assignments
