Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15K - ₹25K (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and oversee construction activities at our project sites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely and quality completion of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and report project progress, delays, and material requirements to the project manager.
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage records.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at the site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site-related challenges.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge in site documentation.
