Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer / Draftsman

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office Only)

Salary: ₹25K to ₹40K (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Designer / Draftsman to lead the preparation of architectural drawings, detailing, and design documentation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, design skills, and the ability to guide junior team members. This is not a work-from-home position – the candidate must work from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations as per project requirements.
• Translate conceptual sketches and ideas into accurate CAD drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, bye-laws, and approval requirements.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to refine designs.
• Review and check drawings prepared by junior draftsmen for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for technical inputs.
• Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation drawings when required.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of drawing sets.
• Provide design guidance and technical support to the drafting team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (SketchUp, Revit, etc., preferred).
• Strong understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes.
• Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff.
• Must be able to work full-time from our office.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
