We re a hands-on interior design and execution company that turns design concepts into reality We re looking for a Site Engineer who can handle BOQ sheets, manage skilled teams of carpenters and vendors, and keep projects running smoothly all while keeping the site morale high **Key Responsibilities:**- Prepare accurate estimates and bills of quantities no guesswork - Track materials, coordinate vendor deliveries, and ensure timely supply of all items from cement to ceiling fans - Supervise on-site teams with firmness and empathy maintain productivity and resolve day-to-day challenges - Manage schedules, track progress, and ensure project timelines are met - Ensure workmanship meets design and material standards - Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams - Lead from the front ensure everyone knows the project is in capable hands **Required Qualifications and Skills**- Experience handling carpenters, electricians, and plumbers - Strong understanding of estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and site reports - Vendor follow-up and negotiation skills - Good communication in English, Hindi, and (preferably) Kannada - Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve on-site challenges effectively - Comfortable working in dusty, dynamic site environments
