Site Engineer (Civil)

Role Overview :
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our in-house team formanaging and supervising construction projects from planning to execution and completion.The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and regulatory complianceacross residential and commercial developments. The Candidate will have to workalongside the PMC and will play a role of monitoring the overall project and reports to theManagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor to project timelines and specifications- Coordinate with Architects, PMC, Contractors, Vendors, and internal teams for smoothexecution, if needed.- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; enforce safety and compliance standards,wherever needed.- Follow up and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.- Active role in vendor evaluation, and contract supervision.- Ensure documents are available for certifications and regulatory submissions- Resolve on-site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delaysQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech); Master’s preferred- Two years of experience in site execution and project management for residential realestate development.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory norms (e.g., RERA,local municipal codes)- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools- Experience in managing multiple sites or phases simultaneously is a plusDesired Attributes:
- Communication and coordination skills- Problem-solving abilities- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timelines- Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site- Familiarity with local language and regional construction practices (especially inMaharashtra)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,976.18 - ₹52,295.77 per month
