Site Engineer (Civil)

Kozhikode | Palakkad | Thrissur | Thiruvananthapuram | Alappuzha | Ernakulam

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
• Proficient in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities across assigned sites
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and submit regular MIS updates
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms
• Monitor material delivery, usage, and manage site inventory effectively
• Plan weekly targets, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Oversee measurements, snag lists, and client walk-throughs during handover stages

Skills & Attributes

• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, layout, and site execution
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and mobile-based reporting systems
• Ability to independently manage multiple sites and labour teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
