Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Supervise and manage construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor and maintain job site safety. Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes. Resolve construction-related issues and problems. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Should have knowledge on structural engineering as well. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with construction safety regulations.
