Job Description

The Civil (Site) Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of construction and maintenance projects across Olive Resorts’ properties. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Interpret and review structural drawings, BOQs, and construction plans.
• Ensure execution of work as per design, specifications, and safety norms.
• Monitor site progress, allocate resources, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Estimate materials, manpower, and cost requirements for projects.
• Maintain strict quality control and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot site issues, and resolve on-ground challenges.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for management.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in building construction projects (must have).
• Preferred: 5–7 years overall experience.

Languages

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Salary

• ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum (based on experience).

Location

• Ramtek – Khindsi (Rajkamal Watersports & Resort), Nagpur District, Maharashtra.

Work Type

• Full-time, in-person.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred).
