Required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential/commercial construction. Strong knowledge of structural execution, RCC work, finishing, and MEP coordination. Proficient in reading and implementing CADD drawings. Excellent site management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction reporting tools. Preferred Skills: Experience handling multi-floor buildings or mixed-use development. Ability to handle vendor coordination, procurement follow-up, and cost tracking.
