Acts as the technical on-site lead -Interprets architectural and engineering drawings -Monitor daily construction activities, building codes and quality check. -Quick in resolving site challenges - implement safety protocols, conduct safety breifings - Coordinating supply and usage of materials, equiptments and labours - Maintaining daily log and progress reports - Good communication with the clients, architects, contractors, vendors and labourers - Track related expense - Ensure waste management and material usage.
