Site Engineer (Civil)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have min. 3-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in housing projects, design, and construction. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage & coordinate civil engineering projects from conception through completion. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Design and Analysis: Develop and review detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, water supply systems, and more. Conduct structural and hydraulic analysis to ensure design integrity.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight on engineering tasks, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Address any issues or deviations promptly.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Adhere project budgets and schedules. Monitor expenditures and work progress, ensuring projects are completed within financial and temporal constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, architects, planners, and contractors to integrate engineering solutions into overall project designs.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, including design calculations, progress updates, and project documentation. Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all engineering practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
