Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for ongoing works.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients for project updates and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in quantity estimation, measurement, and billing as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• years of relevant experience in construction site supervision (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, structural and architectural details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with [type of projects—e.g., high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, etc.].
• Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
