Site Engineer (Civil)

The Site Engineer (Civil) is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising construction activities at project sites. The role ensures that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and within scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of construction work.
• Interpret and review construction drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams for timely completion of work.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety procedures at the site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Measure and record quantities for billing and documentation purposes.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues or design discrepancies on site.
• Verify materials received on site with approved specifications and quantities.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of site records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or civil project execution (freshers can also apply for junior roles).
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
• Understanding of civil engineering drawings and construction procedures.
• Familiarity with material testing and quality standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

• On-site role; requires daily presence at the project location.
• May involve travel between multiple sites.
• Should comply with all safety and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
