Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of construction processes, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple teams on-site efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and architects
• Ensure that all construction work aligns with architectural drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety norms
• Resolve site-level issues through discussions with vendors, workers, and senior engineers
• Maintain site reports, work schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate material delivery and usage efficiently
• Attend regular site meetings and report project status to the architectural team

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• 1 to 8 years of site execution experience in residential/commercial projects
• Good knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and vendor management
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and basic reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to site locations in and around Chennai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
