Site Engineer (Civil)

Experienced Civil Engineer with B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required for commercial real estate projects in Jamshedpur:

Job responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.

- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report on status.

2. Technical Oversight:

- Interpret and review engineering plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

- Conduct site surveys, layout, and leveling to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.

- Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures on-site.

- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to project specifications.

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports.

5. Team Coordination:

- Supervise and provide guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and laborers.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site engineering, preferably in commercial real estate projects.

- Proficient in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant applications.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
