Job Title: Site Engineer

Office Location: Thoothukudi (Tuticorin)
Project Sites: Tirunelveli and various locations outside Tamil Nadu (frequent travel required)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities at project locations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on all project sites.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Plan and manage materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and support project completion within deadlines.
• Travel to project areas outside Tamil Nadu as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Good understanding of civil or mechanical engineering concepts and site work.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
• Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project locations.
• Time management and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
