Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is as per approved drawings and standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and work execution. Ensure all civil, interior, electrical, and plumbing works are progressing as per the project schedule. Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations. Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers for layout understanding and implementation. Assist in material estimation and inventory management. Manage minor on-site troubleshooting and workforce coordination. Requirements:Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience in retail interior fit-out or commercial construction preferred. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools. Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and stay on-site during the project period.
