Job Description

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities. • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations. • Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower effectively. • Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design standards. • Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site. • Maintain accurate documentation including DPRs, quality checklists, and as-built drawings. • Assist in handover processes and client/site meetings as required.
