Job Title: Site Engineer – Network Expansion Company: TVS AUTOMOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD - MyTVS Location: DELHI / NCR Salary: ₹30,000 gross + incentives Experience Required: 5 to 8 years. Job Description: MyTVS is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee network expansion projects and ensure efficient execution of new outlet setups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress, ensuring timely handover, and coordinating with site teams to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: • Project Monitoring & Execution: Oversee the progress of new outlet development and ensure smooth completion. • PERT Chart & Layout Planning: Utilize Project Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) Charts for tracking and optimizing project timelines. • Civil Project Management: Manage construction activities, site planning, and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Labour Management: Supervise on-site workforce, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure productivity. • Travel & Coordination: Willingness to travel as required for site inspections and project assessments. • Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the automobile industry is an added benefit but not mandatory. Qualifications & Skills: • 5 to 8 years of experience in site engineering and project management. • Strong knowledge of PERT charts, site layouts, and civil construction projects. • Ability to manage labour teams and coordinate between different stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
