Site Civil Engineer

As a Site Engineer (Civil) at Floatex Solar Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects. Working closely with the Site Incharge/Operation Head, your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating site construction activities with clients and sub-vendors. - Creating detailed construction schedules aligned with the project scope of work. - Developing project and monthly budgets for construction materials and site mobilization. - Planning and executing site development. - Reviewing engineering construction drawings and preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ). - Coordinating with the purchase team for timely material delivery. - Instructing Site Supervisor (Civil) to ensure daily construction progress. - Reconciling construction materials daily and ensuring timely Request for Information (RFI) schedule. - Leading regular site meetings with subcontractors and clients. - Maintaining good relationships with local client representatives. - Ensuring site construction activities adhere to schedule and budget, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks. - Coordinating with Site Incharge/Operation Head & Site Engineer (Civil Quality) for billing documentation. - Overseeing preventive maintenance of construction assets. - Ensuring quality reports and documentation are updated daily. - Verifying monthly workforce attendance and liaising with HR for processing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3-6 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in solar or floating solar projects. - Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and quality plans. - Willingness to relocate pan India as per project needs. - Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting timelines.
