🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Civil Site Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of residential construction sites. Your key responsibilities include:

Supervising and monitoring all on-site construction activities.

Ensuring work quality, safety, and adherence to drawings and specifications.

Planning daily schedules and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment.

Conducting quality checks and maintaining progress reports.

Liaising with contractors, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues.

Supporting estimation, billing, and documentation tasks.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

✅ Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

✅ Experience: 1–3 years in site supervision for residential projects (freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply)

✅ Skills:

Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and quality standards

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings

Familiarity with site safety protocols

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

💡 Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
