Site Admin Construction

• Maintain and organize site records, including contracts, permits, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare and update daily and weekly reports on site progress and activities.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, between contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for material deliveries and equipment on-site.
• Manage the schedule for site meetings, inspections, and visits.
• Ensure proper documentation for material received and maintain records of inventory.
• Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation are obtained and updated.
• Assist in maintaining safety records, incident reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep records of attendance, daily work logs, and timesheets for all site staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site communication between construction workers, contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Relay important information, updates, or changes to all relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Track and monitor site expenses and petty cash, ensuring all financial records are accurate.
• Assist with procurement and monitor material usage to avoid wastage.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site office.
• Ensure the site office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
