Sinequa Search Specialist with Python

We are enhancing an enterprise-wide Search Platform built on Google Cloud and powered by Sinequa technology to deliver intelligent, high-performance enterprise search capabilities. The project focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and extending the platform to ensure efficient data indexing, fast retrieval, and precise relevance across business-critical applications.This initiative drives smarter information discovery and digital productivity through advanced search-based applications, data governance, and continuous optimization. Engineers will work on end-to-end lifecycle management, performance tuning, and integration of search functionalities into enterprise solutions while leveraging modern technologies such as Sinequa, GCP, APIs, and NLP-based search improvements.

Your tasks

• Managing and optimizing Google Cloud Search and Sinequa platforms for high availability and performance
• Configuring, customizing, and maintaining Sinequa’s search engine for enterprise data indexing and retrieval
• Developing and integrating search-based applications that enhance user experience and data accessibility
• Implementing and monitoring performance tuning, relevancy adjustments, and troubleshooting search-related issues
• Managing data taxonomy, metadata, and governance to ensure accurate and consistent search results
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Search and Sinequa (or similar enterprise search technologies)
• Proficiency in Java, Python, .NET, or Angular for scripting and integration
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, indexing, and relevancy tuning
• Experience with REST APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a focus on performance optimization
